Megan Hamilton
Director of Operations

 

Megan Hamilton joined Stevens Virgin in 2007, after several years of employment in corporate marketing positions. During her short tenure as Director of Operations, the firm’s composition has changed significantly, dramatically increasing the number of its employees and expanding the nature and scope of its legal practice areas.

Ms. Hamilton is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the firm’s client-services. She assists in the development of the firm’s ongoing business objectives, coordinates the firm’s interaction with outside service-providers, and manages the hiring and retention of personnel.

Before joining Stevens Virgin, Ms. Hamilton completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology (Honours), with a minor in Psychology. In 2009, Ms. Hamilton entered the National Certified Management Accountant (CMA) program. In 2010, she completed the academic component of the program, and is currently in the first year of the Strategic Leadership Program.
