Rabjeet Wallia, Associate

Rabjeet Wallia is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, obtaining his Juris Doctorate in 2012. Rabjeet was called to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2013 after articling with a boutique Insurance Defence firm in Toronto, Ontario. He then continued working in Insurance Defence as part of an in-house team for a national home and automobile insurance company.

Born and raised in North Vancouver, Rabjeet was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2015. Prior to joining Stevens Virgin, he worked for the in-house litigation department of an automobile insurance company. Rabjeet’s practice is primarily focused on dealing with ICBC disputes.

Rabjeet has a passion for litigation and has represented clients in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Ontario Superior Court, and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

When not working, Rabjeet enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
