Kevin Yee, Associate

Kevin Yee practices in the areas of personal injury, insurance defence, and civil litigation. He has represented clients at the Provincial Court of British Columbia, Supreme Court of British Columbia, British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal, and Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. He also juniored trials at the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Prior to joining Stevens Virgin, Mr. Yee articled at a boutique litigation firm that focused on insurance and construction law. He worked for the Canada Border Services Agency, WorkSafeBC, and College of Licensed Practical Nurses of British Columbia. He also represented clients in areas of civil litigation, criminal defence, and human rights at a Victoria law clinic.

Outside of the office, Mr, Yee enjoys spending time with his family, playing ice hockey, and hiking in the North Shore and Squamish areas.
